Hydrogen Water Tablets

Just drop one Hydroh tablet into 200–500 mL of filtered or purified water. Wait 3–5 minutes until the bubbling stops, which means the hydrogen reaction is complete. Then drink immediately to absorb the maximum hydrogen content.

You may use any type of water with your Hydroh Supplements. It's designed to deliver hydrogen-rich water, regardless of the source. However, best practice is to use filtered, spring, or purified water at room temperature.
